Join yoga teacher Maggie Mowery for an hour-long yoga class inspired by Earth Day and the idea that spending time with plants and green spaces can be an important part of your wellness journey. This grounding session will include breath awareness, gentle movement, and a guided meditation. Maggie is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga teacher with over eight years of teaching experience and specializes in beginner-friendly, accessible, alignment-based yoga. This class is well suited for those new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis looking for a mindful, nurturing practice.
